Firearm Sales – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Buyer must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

  • Buyer must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum age required by law for the specific firearm).

  • Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

  • Buyer must not be prohibited from firearm ownership for any reason, including but not limited to felony convictions, domestic violence convictions, restraining orders, or mental health prohibitions.

2. Compliance With Laws

  • All firearm transfers will be conducted in full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • Firearms will be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) unless otherwise permitted by law.

  • Buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with the laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Background Check

  • Buyer must successfully pass all required background checks.

  • If the buyer fails or is delayed/denied, the sale is void.

  • Any fees associated with background checks or FFL transfers are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Shipping and Transfer

  • Firearms will only be shipped to a valid FFL dealer selected by the buyer.

  • Buyer is responsible for:

    • Transfer fees

    • Shipping costs (if applicable)

    • Any additional compliance requirements imposed by their state

  • No direct shipment to a private residence unless explicitly legal.

5. State & Magazine Capacity Restrictions

  • Firearms, magazines, or accessories that are restricted or prohibited in the buyer’s state may not be available.

  • In magazine-restricted states, compliant magazines may be substituted or removed.

  • Compliance accommodations are not guaranteed.

6. Condition of Firearm

  • Firearms are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • New firearms are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Seller makes no guarantees regarding aftermarket parts, accessories, or future performance.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • No refunds or returns once the firearm has been transferred to the buyer.

  • If a firearm is returned due to failed background check or legal restriction, refunds (if any) are subject to restocking and transfer fees.

8. Liability Waiver

  • Seller assumes no liability for misuse, negligent handling, or illegal use of the firearm after transfer.

  • Buyer accepts full responsibility for safe handling, storage, and use of the firearm.

9. Raffles / Promotions (If Applicable)

  • All raffle or promotional firearm transfers are subject to the same legal requirements as standard firearm sales.

  • Winner must meet all eligibility requirements.

  • If the winner is legally unable to receive the firearm, an alternate winner may be selected or prize forfeited.

10. Right to Refuse Sale

  • Seller reserves the right to refuse any sale or transfer at their sole discretion, where permitted by law.

11. Agreement

  • By purchasing, entering, or accepting transfer of a firearm, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
