Shipping Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

At Barrel House Guns and Ammo, all shipping is conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Due to the regulated nature of firearms and related items, the following shipping policies apply.

Firearm Shipping (FFL Only)

All firearms are shipped ONLY to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
Firearms will not be shipped directly to individuals under any circumstances.
The receiving FFL must provide a current and valid FFL license prior to shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Select a local FFL dealer willing to receive the firearm
- Ensure the receiving FFL complies with all applicable laws
Firearm transfers must be completed by the receiving FFL in accordance with ATF regulations, including completion of ATF Form 4473 and a background check.

FFL Verification

Orders containing firearms will not ship until the receiving FFL’s license has been verified.
Failure to provide valid FFL information may result in order delays or cancellation.

State & Local Restrictions

Barrel House Guns and Ammo complies with all state and local laws regarding firearms, ammunition, and accessories.

Certain firearms, magazines, and accessories may be restricted or prohibited in some states or local jurisdictions.
We do not ship restricted items to locations where they are illegal to possess.
It is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Restricted items may include, but are not limited to:

Firearms prohibited by state or local law
Magazine capacity–restricted magazines
Certain firearm features or configurations
Restricted accessories (such as threaded barrels or specific components)

If an order cannot be fulfilled due to legal restrictions:

The order may be canceled or modified
Non-refundable fees (shipping, processing, restocking) may apply

Accessories & Non-Firearm Items

Accessories are shipped where legally permitted.
Some accessories may be restricted based on state or local regulations.
Orders containing restricted accessories will not be shipped to prohibited locations.

Shipping Methods & Timing

Firearms are shipped using approved carriers in accordance with carrier and legal requirements.
Shipping times may vary based on FFL verification, compliance checks, and carrier availability.
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is refused, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect information or legal restrictions, the customer may be responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Restocking fees
- Any additional handling fees

Refuse or cancel any order that does not comply with applicable laws
Request additional documentation for compliance purposes
